Movie Review: Could have worked more areas of the body
Summary: 3 Stars
The first 15 minutes of the video are all commercials. So really you are only getting a 30 minute workout. The video is called Bikini ready fast but the area mostly worked was the arms. I was disappointed because I assumed that they would have a variety of exercises working all areas; legs, butt, stomach and arms.
I will still use this video in my exercise routine because I do want to get my moneys worth. But if I knew what to expect I probably would not have purchased this video.
