Movie Review: It simply doesn't flow...

I had read other reviews and thought I would give Seane Corn a try. Now, I'm wondering what to do with this video that I spent money on...? This video is fine for beginners that do not have any yoga experience. This is a two DVD set. First: The step by step instruction is very helpful for beginners, but for those who know and enjoy the poses, her voice and constant talking gets overwhelming. Your body feels good after, but there is nothing stimulating for the spirit, which leaves one NOT in a state of peace and harmony. Second DVD: There are no instructions, so one needs to look at the t.v. the whole session until of course, you memorize the poses. Not a Great flow... Not good for a mind, body, & spirit connection. And certainly not good to watch over and over.
