Movie Reviews of Scent of a WomanMovie Review: Best macho movie I have ever seen Summary: 5 Stars
This movie shows what our kids are learning in school nowadays, unlike our ancestors. They have become totally like minnows and wouldnt be able to take care of themselves when they are a encountered by trying situations. The man, Colonel Slade, shows what a real "man" would be like. Its a great movie and you will have ur spirits up if u are a man and (like me) have been forced by society to suppress your manhood.
Movie Review: A wonder called "Al". Summary: 5 Stars
This visual work sustains its weight in Al Pacino, that it shows its better "vision to us" incarnating a blind person. I do not speak single of its performance, but also of his characterization at an extremely close level, to the point to feel it in our skin.
Be or not an unconditional follower, you must have this film. Since without a doubt, it is the best performing than it has done until now.
Movie Review: Good to go! Summary: 5 Stars
A most surprising movie that sneaks up and enchants you. With a most improbable plot of a Blind Army Lt. Colonel taking a weekend trip to New York and coming to the aid of a new found friend. This movie is one of my all time favorites and is a great morale builder. I don't want to give any more away but I can recommend this film most highly! I am just sorry that I can not give it a higher star score.
Movie Review: Scent of a Woman Soundtrack Review Summary: 5 Stars
I agree with the previous comments about this amazing film but the soundtrack has been unreviewed. The music (I have bought the CD) is USA itself, music to motor with. The tango is erotic on the screen and foot tapping on the CD. The orchestration is a masterpiece of rhythmic moods and tones. Al Pacino's genius is augmented by this soundtrack and I highly recommend the film and the CD.
Movie Review: 2 Words! Hoo-Hah Summary: 5 Stars
Al Pacino may have deserved his award earlier but this is a beautiful moving performance as Lieutenant Colonel Frank Slade. He touches all the funny parts right and truly deserved this for his bravura performance. He was a laugh riot as the Colonel because of his hoo-hah phrase. But most importantly Chris O'Donnell should have won for his performance as Charlie Simms. This Movie Rocks!
