Movie Review: A Perfect Film

In my opinion, only American Beauty is in the same league as Scent of a Woman. Pacino has done, and continues to do some amazing work, but it will be his performance here that I will always remember.
And for the reviewer who thinks this film is morally confused...I think you may have some issues. The point of the film was that Charlie's integrity was not for sale. He was not going to give up others (no matter what they did) just to save his own behind. Your character is based on your own decisions and should not be dictated by the acts of others. It's a shame that you missed that.
Movie Review: One of The Best Performances By The Best Actor!

This movie is all about a great performance, and I'm not talking about Chris O'Donnell. This movie shows the great acting ability in my favorite actor, Al Pacino. He gets a very well deserved Academy Award, which he should of got a long time ago. This shows how great acting and a great script can go a long way. Nobody could do a better job of acting as a blind man. He pulled it off and made it very believable. The other actors in this movie are mediocre, but it was really about Lieutenant Colonel Frank Slade. Great Performance and anyone who is a fan of Al Pacino or of great acting watch this movie!!Movie Review: HOOHAA

If you want to see what it means to be best actor then there is no doubt that this movie is the one to watch. Al Pacino is absolutely incredible. A young Chris O'donnell is excellent as well. The title makes sense if you watch the movie but you won't understand it if you haven't seen the movie. This is simply worth watching because of the acting. It is a solid story and very unique but is a bit long. I recommend the movie simply on the fact that it is worth every second watching Al Pacino playing the role of Lt Col Slade. This is Pacino hyperbole and you're loving every minute of it. Lt. Col. Frank Slade ranks with Michael Corleone and Tony Montana as Pacino's most memorable (fictional) screen characters (Frank Serpico is in a class all it's own). This is also an enduring story of friendship: The bonding between Pacino and Chris O'Donnel's Charlie Sims is heart warming, but never sappy. Bo Goldman again proves to be a genius with the pen. If you do not own this DVD you are missing out on AL at his best... Al pacino made this movie and I mean he realy made this movie what it is becasue of an Oscar winning perfomans that no one deserved more than him. My dad and I still turn it to the last part of the movie to listen To Al Pacinos speech... I wish I can give Als acting 20 stars, if it was possible because he is an incredible actor.....5 stars, I wish I could give more.... Buy this DVD, and see what true acting is....
