Movie Review: Different ending
Summary: 5 Stars
This was my favorite movie when I was a teenager. I watched it nine times. (It came on many times on my black and white t.v.
I was shocked to see a different ending. In the version I watched in the 60"s. Marlon Brando and his true love realize they can't be together and say Sayonara.
I don't see anyone mentioning the new ending where they say they are gong to go to the US together.
Am I wrong?

this is a wonderful love story. Marlon Brandon is great. He is so sexy in this movie. The Main Star is a beautiful woman that he falls in love with. You will cry in come parts but the ending in so great. this is a must see movie. I caught it one Sunday on cable years ago and fell in love with it so I had to buy it. I have told anyone who loves old movies that they need to see this one.
Movie Review: Underrated Performances

Scenery is beautifully filmed as are many of the most famous tourist sites in Japan. Ricardo Montalban was never nominated for his performance and it is outstanding as he takes on the intracacies of an actor in a different culture. The Kabuki scenes are not entirely accurate but Montalban's performances capture the essence of this ancient Japanese theater.Movie Review: great movie great copy

A classic I had to have after seeing the second half one
late night. Another great love that spans across the boundries
