Movie Review: Okay stretching, little instruction

I've been doing yoga for about 4 months, use the Total Yoga series, Yee's Power Yoga, Richard Freeman's Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga, a few others, prefer more flowing and challenging Vinyasa for regular workouts. I would call Yoga Burn for intermediate beginners familiar with yoga technique and breath, not true beginners. Yee gives no instructions as to proper pose and alignment, and no directions about when to breath in or out, so it could be confusing for someone just starting out. I do like that he focuses on the stomach, incorporates "hollow stomach" into moves where the stomach is often ignored, something I can incorporate into other yoga workouts, and it's good for basic stretching. I would use this one on "slow" days when I want a lower-key workout with more focus on flexibility - like today, tired and stiff from helping a friend move yesterday. But I don't really feel the burn on this one, it doesn't generate much heat, and I start cooling before the end and honestly get a little bored. Also, I'm not crazy about the spacey music background - supposed to be zen-like, I think - though that's a minor point. Most of my other yoga DVD's have no music, and I find it's easier to focus that way.
