Movie Review: What's Up Where My Rocketman Disney?
Summary: 5 Stars

Come disney where is this film probably hiding in a valut somewhere right? i love harland williams in this film he is laugh out funny in it and you know what it's a pretty clean wholesome film . i know it got slammed a couple of years ago when it was first released, critics claimed that it was stupid beyond anything they'd seen . but i think they missed the picture it was suppose to be stupid, you guys need to get a grip, not everything has to make sense to be funny . sure the script is a little corny but so were the marx brothers films give this film a break, like the one that is not that funny and makes no sense would have to be dude where my car? plus this film has heart you really root for harland williams character and the other supporting cast does a wonderful job in bring this film to life. umm about the PG rating well it's mostly for the cartoon violence , i think there might be mild lauguage although i do'nt think there's any, oh and little mild bathroom humor mostly fart and throw up gags in here but nothing serious. Although you never see the throw up it's implied it is there, just thought i'd clear up that issue for worried parents. A Wonderful Film The Whole Family Can Enjoy I Mean It.

Very Highly Recomended Film For All Ages.

Update: I just got a copy of this classic film and i just laughed myself sick and my nephew loved it too. my only beef is that there is'nt a option for widescreen and where's the blooper reel and deleted scenes ? pretty barebones but i'm thankful that disney released this at all.

Movie Review: FUNNY!
Summary: 5 Stars

This show is such a wonderfully funny movie that the whole family can watch. My family loves it! I was laughing so hard at times that my sides ached. It's about a man that has been dreaming of space travel since he was a little boy. He finally has the opportunity to go with the astronaut team. He must go through astronaut training as well as pass everything to insure that he will be able to function in space. He's accident proned and tries to turn the attention from himself with his "It wasn't me" phrase throughout the movie.

While going through space he is locked out of his oxygen chamber, which
he is supposed to sleep in for several weeks before being awakened to complete the mission. He does some crazy things to entertain himself until the others awaken.

While on the planet he has a flatulence problem (see picture on front of DVD). This makes for a hilarious time since his suit is attached to a fellow astronaut by a hose.

Truly hilarious. I would highly recommend watching this movie with the whole family. I wouldn't pay the ridiculous prices that are listed here though. I would rent it or buy the VHS version. Disney also has it listed as a Disney Movie Rewards redemption item. If you have bought a lot of the newer Disney DVDs, this may be the better route.

Movie Review: This is a Disney Movie? I'm impressed!
Summary: 5 Stars

I usually don't watch too many Disney movies, for I'm not into the singing bits. However when I saw Rocketman for the first time, I had some really good laughs. It is almost Non-Disney Like. It's Clean, but just obscenely stupid in a way that tickles your funny bone.

I'll admit if your a stiff person who doesn't care for dry humor, this film will not adorn to your likings. However if you have a hectic and stressful life and have room in your heart for a some good laughs, this movie is Perfect!

And if you want something similar but a little more edgy, I recommend with these shows for laughs:
BBC'S "Bottom" or "The Young Ones" (Also very very extremely hilarious) however these are comedy shows in which sport a lot more sexual innuendo and violent farce

Rocketman is ideal for family entertainment

Movie Review: Funniest Movie Ever?
Summary: 5 Stars

This ranks right up there on my favorite comedies next to Dumb & Dumber, oddly enough, Harland Williams is in both! ("Come on give me them booze you little pumpkin pie hair cutted freak!") Harland just makes the movie. I love his quirky movements and impersonations.

I must admit that I had never heard of this movie (I was in South Africa for 2 years when it was released), but one night my girl friend's father made me watch "his favorite movie" with him. I seriously did not stop laughing from beginning to end. I've rented the VHS copy a few time and invited friends over. They all thank me for doing so.

I was excited to see it finally released on DVD. I've already ordered 5 copies! Seriously.

"It wasn't me!"

Movie Review: Very Silly Indeed
Summary: 5 Stars

I love this movie, even though it is very silly indeed.
If you are looking for a very silly movie to watch, this is it. There is the basic plot of going to mars which allows Harland Williams to show off his comedic talents. This is not a "Great" movie, but Harland Williams makes the movie an oft repeated family treat. I know this because our family watches it together on occassion (I am 39 and my brother is 43-he can't get enough of this movie, he has most of Williams lines memorized), just for the sheer entertainment of Harland Williams. Why did Disney put the semi-serious finale in this movie? Was it for the viewer to cheer for Williams character? The movie was/is silly so they should have had a silly ending.
