Movie Review: Better than being there in person

If you are a true Rick Springfield fan you will enjoy this DVD. Out of all the others he's made this one is the best.
Over 15 years ago, my wife & I went to a Rick Springfield concert, had lousy seats and with the screaming fans hardly heard Rick sing. It was great to see him in person but I wished then that I could have just bought a VHS of the concert and stayed home.
Now several years later purchasing a DVD of this concert and playing it on my Plasma tv and with the surround sound, it made me feel like I was front row to this concert.
Now anytime we want to we can pop Rick in and enjoy his concert at our leisure. Our 16 year old daughter enjoys watching it with her friends too.
My wife's been a fan since Rick was a teen idol in Tigerbeat Magazine. She stayed a fan thru her teenage years, and in our early marriage introduced his music to me, our 3 childrens have grown up listening to his music as well. Our youngest daughter even took up guitar because she loved watching him play his.
He has never let us down with his honesty and commitment to his fans. We especially enjoy the behind the scenes video on the DVDs.
