Movie Review: YES! Richard!!
Summary: 5 Stars
I love this workout, and do it so often that I've memorized most of the steps. I must say, I find that I move around so much during the workout that it is near impossible to do it in my small home. That being said, I was also able to keep up with the workout (watching the modified steps shown in the background) under Dr. supervision throughout my entire pregnancy, helping me to gain only 40 lbs, as opposed to the 70 lbs of weight with my first child.
Whether you're interested in losing weight, or just staying fit, Richard knows how to motivate, and what I love best about him, is that the people on his workouts are REAL people. My husband scoffed, "Who would want to workout with a tape with 'fat' people on it?" And I said, "Who wouldn't??" Richard's workouts prove that ANYONE can do it, small, large, young, and old alike. Who could possibly be intimidated by that? Best of all, at the end of Party off the Pounds, the stars of Richard's workout come dancing down the line and the DVD lists just how much weight they've lost. There are some real success stories, that just make you feel great. You've done it again Richard!!
