Movie Review: I Love All Richard Simmons DVD'S

I have lost 160 pounds using Richard Simmons tapes and DVD'S. I think these cardio and arobics DVD'S are excellent. The music is great,the people are real and I can see that a lot of thought went into the Richard's DVD'S. I can relate to the people in the DVD'S because they are all different sizes doing the same steps. The scenes in the DVD'S are lovely. Each DVD is different and unique. It's like being at a disco. I start my exercise at 5:00 in the morning and I feel so good when I'm finished. Richard also gives positive motivation as the DVD plays,which gives you motivation to keep on going and finish the workout. I never miss a morning without Richard Simmons
