Movie Review: DVD at last!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
...It's got the lot - 1 on 20 fight sequences, great stunts, fantastic B movie acting, lots of uneccessary flipping around, cool ninja tools, weapons and mystic chanting. Throw in a fair helping of gore and the odd bit of nudity, and voila... An 80's classic. All at last on a DVD that presents the most complete cut of the film I have ever seen. The UK version has always been heavily cut (as was the norm in the 80's clampdown on violence), but this version not only contains the whopping 8 or so minutes cut from the UK, but also re-instates all of the cuts made in the R rated US version. So this really is the definitive version, and an absolute must for Kosugi fans, or fans of those great 80's ninja flicks!Movie Review: the coolest and most real ninja movie of all-time

this is my favorite ninja movie,except for sho's other classic ninja film:pray for death.I myself am a practicing ninja,having studied many of the same techniques that kosugi uses in this awesome film.What makes this movie so great is that it is based on what ninjitsu is all about,protecting oneself and one's family.This film is also about revenge on those who betray you and harm your loved ones.This movie and "Pray for Death" are the greastest ninja films of all-time and no others even come close! Kosugi himself is a real life practicing ninja and a stuntman who does all his own stunts. hail the great Sho Kosugi and hail real ninjitsu!Movie Review: DVD adds little to an already great "B" ninja movie

For anyone who liked "Revenge" to begin with, this DVD is a great opportunity to own a cleaner very with a few extended scenes. Yes, some of the death scenes have been extended to include some of the infamous gore that was originally cut in the U.S. and European versions. Even the trailer on the DVD teases with more scenes that were cut from the film that actually didn't make it back on this version. So, yes, this is slightly better than the video version, but it's not all it could have been, and it's not widescreen either. Bummer.Movie Review: At last, it's here!!!!

Man, I have been looking for this classic to come out on DVD since I got a DVD player! This is my favorite Martial Arts movie, period. This is THE movie that inspired the Ninja craze of the early and mid 80's. It made me buy Black belt magazine and order ninja suits and throwing stars, nunchakus, and the like. This movie has everything! It has, of course, ninjas and martial arts, betrayal, sex, drugs, violence, violence, and MORE VIOLENCE!!!! I hope it comes with a few extras or commentary.Movie Review: THE BEST NINJA MOVE EVER!!!!!

fave and best ninja movie i ever seen. Action throughout and Sho Kosugi st his butt kicking best. This is Sam Firstenbergs best movie to date and i am so glad to fanaly see a dvd out of this pure classic from CANNON FILMS. Now, please bring us NINJA 3 THE DOMINATION with Lucinda Dickey, So many people are wiating for this dvd. Sam firstenberg, MGM, Whoever is envolved, please read this.
