Movie Review: An Insider's View to a Great Group

I also had trouble getting the audio to work, at first. I just adjusted my DVD player's audio button until I found sound and I was good to go. It ended up being a whole lot less of an issue than expected by some of the posted reviews. I can tell you that this DVD is wonderful, gives a view of some of the background of The Four Tops and how their career started and bloomed, plus several performances I had not previously seen. It sort of takes the iconic status of the Tops to the back burner, and gives a sense of what they were like as real people, although they are an obviously iconic group! Very happy I made this purchase, the never before viewed performances are priceless.Movie Review: Nostalgia at its Finest

I absolutely loved this - having grown up during the Four Tops heyday, this brought back so many memories of the era, their music, everything. I was glued throughout. The footage is wonderful, the concerts and tv shows were really great to watch. What a privilege it must have been to be the interviewer! Abdul Duke Fakir was wonderful and so obviously deeply touched in telling his story. The accapela addition is great. If you're a fan or just want to hear a great story and listen to music at it's finest, don't miss this DVD.Movie Review: ALWAYS ON TOP!!!

its hard to believe that most of the group have past on...
their soul sound was like no other...
besides what four tops CD'S i have, i will appreciate this collection of vintage performances, for many more years to come!!!

For all us "Boomers" nothing brings back so many great memories as sitting down, drinking a few "cold ones" and watching a great concert video like this one.
