Movie Reviews of Raise Your Voice

Movie Review: "Raise Your Voice"
Summary: 5 Stars

This looks like a very promising film. Hilary Duff seems to break away from her ditzy teen roles and seems to actually have a deeper role. The music seems to be good and the message seems to be really strong. I like the themes of God and believeing in yourself. The song at the end of the trailer, "Somebody's Watching Over Me" seems like a very good and inspirational. I really like to see this movie (...). I think that there needs to be better messages sent to todays teens. Duffs last movie "A Cinderella Story" has her dating a 25 year old. What is that teaching kids. Well I think this will give a good message about God and trying hard and beleiving in your self to todays kids.

Movie Review: This looks great!
Summary: 5 Stars

I have been following up on the details of this movie and I have to say that this looks like the best movie Hilary Duff has been in. This is a story about a girl named Terri Fletcher who lives in a very small town with a very large dream; she wants to sing. She applies for this amazing school for musicians and gets accepted. With the encouragemant of her mother and aunt, and despite what her beloved father says, she goes for it. She is not accepted by her other classmates, but she meets a boy who likes her. This looks like a great insprational movie with a great theme and looks like it will be a big hit.
I will be one of the first to see it!!

Movie Review: BEST ONE YET, AWESOME!!!
Summary: 5 Stars

This was definately Hilary's best movie yet. She was amazing! Hilary you are the best! You put Lindsay Lohan to shame! This movie was so moving and powerful, you left the theater actually feeling as though you learned something so powerful and took something priceless away with you. I saw a sneak preview of this on Tuesday, and it was so worth it to stand in line for two hours! I think I would have enjoyed it more if someone wouldn't have given the tragedy away (Thanks a lot Katie Couric). But none the less I am going to see it again once it comes out on Friday. This movie was extremely deep and moving, and had almost everyone crying.

Movie Review: Protrays the Love of music
Summary: 5 Stars

I love this movie aside from the reviews I heard about it. It made you both laugh and cry, and being a music geek.. I was involved very heavily in the music department in my high school and I'm still involved with music now... everything in this movie was so true. It was a lot like how the music world is in High School especially at camp. Its very scary and nerveracking and this movie did a tremendous job at showing the "real" world of music and how it can be rewarding and tough at the same time. If you love to sing, play and instrument or just love music in general you should definetly go and see this movie!

Movie Review: Hilary Duff Shines In This Cute Movie!
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a really good movie. It is about this girl named Terri Fletcher. One day she goes out with her brother and they get out in an accident. When she wakes up she finds out that her brother is dead. Terri wanted to go to music school (her dad doesn't want her to go). Her mom and aunt cover her back and let her go. While at the music school she makes friends, falls in love and slowly starts to gain back confidence. Terri and Jay (the boy she falls in love with) decide to try and win the scholarship together (they write together). You'll never guess who wins the scholarship!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
