Movie Review: The BEST Live DVD Rush has ever released

"It's the best!! First off, it's RUSH. This concert is amazing. From the many HD cameras capturing the entire concert to the AC3 Dolby 5.1 surround. This is the entire concert to ~ very video on the back screen, every song, and every announcement. The extras features are really funny and you also get an additional 4 songs Live from the tourl. This is a treasure for every RUSH fan. If you saw Snakes & Arrows Live then you will remember Geddy filming the audience when they said, "Hi Canada". The DVD includes snippets of audiences from different cities. This DVD has it all.

Movie Review: Getting Better With Age

Well, it was yet another tour that our friends from Canada put on for us that I could not witness firsthand, but the DVD serves as a fine moment for the boys at a gig in Holland during the first half of the "Snakes And Arrows" World Tour.I liked the comedy bits that were featured and the third CD recorded in Atlanta with nice versions of "Ghost Of a Chance", "Red Barchetta", "The Trees", and "2112:Overture/The Temples Of Syrinx".
Rush has maintained the same three guys in it's lineup since 1974 and they continue to serve as probably THE greatest example of what it means to actually get better with age.

Having been lucky enough to see Rush in both 2007 & 2008 on the S&A Tour, if the DVD is even close to the shows I experienced, it's going to be well worth the cost. It's definately going to become a part of my Rush collection. I'm just curious as to what we are doing wrong here in the USA that Rush doesn't do much live concert recording here. It would be fantastic to see a tour DVD filmed somwhere in the USA next time around. I am confident there will be a "next time". Again, based on what I saw in the shows I attended, this band is going to be in good form for many years to come!Movie Review: The Ultimate Rush Concert Document

Having seen four shows over both legs of the Snakes And Arrows Tour 2007-2008, I have been counting down the days until this release. In fact, I have been doing everything in my infinite power not to die before watching this concert video in it's entirity. One word - AMAZING, AWESOME, SPECTACULAR, TERRIFIC, HOLYCRAPTHISKICKSASS! Yeah, I said one word - take your pick. This is the new gold standard on which all future concert dvd's will be judged. Excellent camera work, great sound and enthralling energy from start to finish. This is the one - operators are standing by.
