Movie Review: Tamilee Does it Again!

Maybe I'm biased because I own most of the "Buns, Arms, Abs, Legs, etc. of Steel" videos and then got hooked on the "I Want that Body" workout but the "Quick Toning - Abs & Buns of Steel" is another hit. There are three 10 minute abs workouts that include a decent 4 minute warm up and a quick 3 minute cool down for a total 17 minute workout. This is great for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time for a workout but needs results. I've been working out for most of my life and couldn't believe the burn that I felt from some of the new ab moves. This is a great way to keep those muscles challenged.
The bun workout is the same format as the abs and has equally wonderful warm ups, excersizes and cool downs.
One other nice quality of this video is that the video goes almost immediately from the FBI warning to the menu. No long introduction that shows all of the sponsors' logos.
I did at least one section of this video a day and ate a healty diet and I noticed a difference.
