Movie Review: The Best Tamilee Workout Yet!
Summary: 5 Stars
This is my favorite workout!!! I am amazed that a 15 minute workout can sculpt my muscles like this one does. The abs and arms workout focus mostly on the arms so if you are trying for six pack abs you'll have to do all three workout in one session. I love the fact that Tamilee concentrates on building arms in this video. I have my grandmother's big arms and this video has sculpted my arms into a much more desirable shape! The abs portion of the workout is good and has definitely shaped my upper abs but I really love it for the arm workouts.
The lower body workouts are great too! This is the first workout video that I've viewed in a while that works the inner and outer thighs. I like the fact that there are sliding lunges because it is a little easier on my knees. All in all this video is great for the body and it only take 15 minutes a day!
