I did this entire program in the 80's when it first came out and it works! Quickly! People will notice before you do that your body is toner! If you've never done Callanetics, you'll be using muscles you might not have ever used before so it hurts!!!! But keep it up, you will tighten and tone in an amazingly short time...and I'm talking with each session you will literally become tighter,firmer, you'll move differently. It's amazing!
