Movie Review: Powerful Qigong DVDs!

These Qigong DVDs are revolutionary. I practiced with other DVDs for years and while I liked them, they were not even close to as potent as the Supreme Science Forms. The animation is the key - the visual cues makes the energy field so palpable, and makes you really understand the purpose of your movements. Qigong is not just about moving slowly and breathing, but rather you move slowly and breathe to cultivate the qi that surrounds you. This box set provides me with everything that I need for a rich daily practice, and helps me to get deeper in the qi and myself every day. I also love the music and the easy instructions. Be prepared for a life changing experience.
