Movie Review: Great sisters movie!

There are movies and then there are movies. This one won't take any Oscars, but it rates a max 5 stars in entertainment and fun. Kidman and Bullock are terrific as sisters who grow up together as orphans taken in by their spinster aunts who happen to be witches. The girls also have "the power" and soon learn to use it. It's very sweet and for sisters or a father with daughters, it's a must see.Movie Review: Sandra Bullock is incredable!!!

Practical Magic truly is one of the greatest movies ever! Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman give outstanding preformances. One of Sandra's best films! Almost as good as Speed. Overall, Practical Magic is a story of romance, love, tragedy, action, suspense, horror.....it includes everything you could ever want in a movie!! Everything about it is good. Great for all ages! well let me tell you that this movie is one of my favorites! i've only watched it two times but i swear i could watch it again and again and so i'm gonna buy it on dvd! it's a real and tipically feel-good movie. sandra and nicole are hillarious as those two witch-sisters! it's sweet, it's moving, it's funny, it's scary and it's magical! you realy should watch this powerful movie or you will regret it.Movie Review: Different from the book, but just as good

Very different from the book, but I love the movie just as much. It's absolutely beautiful to look at: the house, the seaside village in which they live, Goran Visnjic, etc. I also was touched by the relationship between sisters Sally and Gillian, the storyline between Sandra Bullock and Aidan Quinn makes me feel all mushy, and I love all the witchy stuff. This was a feel good movie, just fun and fantasy. The story is about the responsible sister and a wild, fun loving sister with a curse and quirky family and a New England town.
Sandra Bullock is the reason I bought it, but the entire cast was very good. The ending was probably predictable, but it was still fun and satisphying.
I loved the "How and why it was made" section.
