Movie Review: A great DVD !

I am enjoying this DVD very much ! It's a great program and has enough explanation for a beginnger, yet enough challenges for a more experienced Yoga or Pilates student. My only complaint, and this is why I am not giving this program 5 stars, is that each half of the program is only 20 minutes long. Now that I'm accustomed to both Yoga & Pilates, I would rather have a full length DVD for each program---one for Yoga and one for Pilates. It just doesn't seem to be quite long enough for either one.
That said, it's still a great introduction to both fitness methods.
