Movie Review: Not for Yogies
Summary: 3 Stars
I can see how this DVD can be useful for someone who has a desk job and perhaps is in the office all day. The DVD contains exercies for each and every part of your body and many of these exercises can be done right in the office whenever you have a few minutes. However, for someone like me who does yoga everday and has done so for years, these excercies do not provide much additional value,and I find the DVD and the exercies boring. I will not be using this DVD. I will pass it to a friend with a desk job.
