Movie Review: My problem is not with the product, but how it received it.
Summary: 2 Stars
I ordered this product and was given the estimated delivery date of December 24. I just received it today past the 5-9 business days promise. It was supposed to be sent by UPS, but amazon sent it by USPS. When I finally opened the package, the plastic was off tucked inside and the dvd cover was open. I purchased a new item, why does it look like this? I'm truly upset.
