Movie Review: Enjoyable and I saw results!

I started exercising with this video about two months ago, about three times a week. I feel firmer, taller, stronger and very confident! She works every muscle and is encouraging along the way. ( You will need weights or a workout band ) I had never done pilates before and was relieved that it only took me a few times to strenghten my abs enough to do the harder parts of the workout. It really IS for everybody!Movie Review: Great workout

This was my first time trying Pilates, so I found Denise's workout very challenging in the beginning, to say the least. However, after a few weeks, I noticed dramatic improvement in my shape, and people were constantly commenting on how great my legs and abs looked. I have been doing pilates for quite a few years and I have found this cd to be really great!! Pilates is the only workout that works for me with results I can actually see!! I do however recommend that the beginning pilates student begin with Denise's first pilates DVD the Mat pilates. Otherwise you may find Pilates for Every Body is too fast paced, and difficult.Movie Review: Best workout ever!!

Love Denise Austin, have been using her for about 6 years. This is the most challenging program I have experienced from her to date. My legs, abs (every part of it), bum, triceps it all hurts.
