These are overstock from a retailer so my guess is that they sat in non-climate controlled storage for a bit. The DVD has never been touched or played (since the case has never been opened). The artwork is fine. It's just that the back of the case looks a tad funny so I don't feel comfortable selling this to my customers as new.
