I love the way this DVD is done with various levels to work through that go from easier on up, definately start with the easier levels. The later levels move quicker and are more difficult, though going through the easier levels prepares you well.
The instructor provides great lessons at each stage to let you know what moves are being added or made a bit more challenging.
I am getting better at Pilates and into shape.
