Movie Review: Phish is amazing

After not seeing a live Phish show for over two years, this is the closest one can get for now. This DVD reopened my eyes to the beauty that is Phish. With an outstanding setlist, crystal clear sound quality, and views from all angles, this DVD gives all us Phans the fix that we needed. Whether you're a casual listener or a hardcore Phan, you'll certainly enjoy this immensely. Highlights are ALL SEVEN songs brought out of retirement, plus the Mike's Groove.Movie Review: Awesome

I know there are alot of people that are going to complain about the video quality, or the show selection, or the packaging, which does fall short. But if you are a Phish Phan, like me, who time and time again has had to miss them on tour for one reason or another (have missed 5, for reasons ranging from kids to a death in the family) and have still never seen them live, then this dvd is the best. Get it, you will not be disappointed.Movie Review: it was an emotional night

Having been at all the vegas shows this one was a little mellow but the band was as tight as ever, the mik'es was fantastic as well as the speach Trey gave, it is way above average and is worth watching again and again.Having said that, the audio is awesome and the video is good, some far away shots would have captured the evening better, the photo gallery was also a very nice touch......Movie Review: Saved me from phish withdrawl

WOW!I love this dvd. Sounds sick. I was trying to figure out why they picked this show, after watching it I understand why.
Bittersweet motel was good, but seeing a whole show has some great energy to it and thats something that bittersweet doesnt have.
Hope they release more shows. Would love to see clifford ball, merriweather 98, or perhaps some older shows come out on dvd.

Live in Vegas is just a terrific Phish show. Most jam bands are at their best when playing live and Phish is no exception. Shot just six shows before their hiatus, Phish is in pure form. With plenty of great Phish songs, plenty of jamming, including a vacuum solo, it is the perfect DVD for any Phish fan. It is also a good DVD for those who have yet to be introduced to Phish
