I have bought 100's of exercise DVDs. This has to top the worst. I just don't need instructions on how to do 1,000 crunches. I bought this because of the positive reviews. Granted I like the fact that there is not alot of chitter chatter, but every work out is the same... crunch crunch crunch - whats up with that? I can do that by myself. What a total waste of money this dvd was.
