Movie Review: Bitter Sweet

Okay, I'm going to sound contradicting here, but hear me out... This has to be, by far, the WORST acting I have ever seen in my whole thirty-six years of being, HOWEVER, it contains comedic genius from Marilyn Manson, charm, wit and strange intrigue of Macaulay Culkin, as well as a fantastic soundtrack that is worth putting-up with the bad acting, all in itself. I happen to be a big fan of the "Club Kids", including Michael Alig, James St. James and DJ Keoki, so it helps to know this is based on their whirlwind lives (although I honestly wasn't aware of that until I watched the additional features) (doh!)... Most definitely a cult classic!Movie Review: gotta be good

i couldnt find a theatre showing it so i havent seen it but remember it happening and have read james st. james disco bloodbath. read the book. all i have to say, read the book. theres nothing quite like it.
im buying the dvd. quite happy that its coming out. i was wondering if it was gonna be one of those films that some people heard about but is impossible to find.
maculay culkin. i remember him when he was a little bitty thing but then again who doesnt. that guy can act. im glad to see him coming out with something he really wanted to do. plus see that famous smile of his again. gotta love that guy.
Movie Review: Murder Scene is Unfathomable

I loved this movie for many reasons. All of which I wont list becasue it's pointless, eveyone must decide for themselves what they get out of this movie. But I must comment on the the murder scene. It by far is the scene that resonates with me most. I literally began to cry during the scene at the sheer sickness of humanity...flinching with every blow...the psychological build up of the rat screaming.... the plunging of the drano filled rig...it all was so crazy and disturbing I just felt for a moment like James St. James when he begs for the rat to STOP!!! I just didn't want to see any more of it, yet I couldn't look away.Movie Review: Party Monster is FAAABulous!

I originally wanted to see this video just to see Marilyn Manson, however I ended up loving the entire movie. The costumes were amazing - or should I say "FABULOUS". The songs are catchy with good beats. Knowing the fact that the movie is based on a true story makes the murder a little disturbing...yet do not allow that to deny you from this incredible movie! Also make sure to check out the Bonus Features on DVD. Overall the movie is hilarious and amazing. I'm not sure if I can find a word to describe just how great this movie is...well, maybe FAAABulous!!!Movie Review: Macauley grows up; and is still home alone

I loved this film. Macauley Culkin was so convincing in is role that I wonder if he isn't gay!!!! Seth Green was good; but Macauley upstaged him. Story is from the book DISCO BLOODBATH by James St. James; who is Seth Greens character.
The film is about a bunch of out of control Party Kids who run a night club in New York. Lots of drugs even a murder; but, in the end, become lost by their own success. Acting and direction is good. Perhaps you have to be (...)to really appreciate this fine film
