Movie Review: A pleasure to watch

I had enjoyed the Davy Jones interview in this series, so I had to see this one. It's quite short, but a real pleasure to watch. It was filmed in 2004 and Peter alludes to the struggles of the past, but makes it clear he's made some peace with those experiences and has found a real joy in life and in his band and music. It's good to see him so happy.
There are clips of him performing in the Monkees, but also generous ones of him with Shoe Suede Blues. He discusses the band's CD Saved By The Blues (which I really enjoy and recommend highly) and the various influences on his music back in time (Bob Dylan, Pete Seeger, and others).
I wish it were longer, but it's well worth the price and shows he is much more complex than the character Peter Tork that he played all those years ago. Fans of all aspects of his career will not be disappointed.
