Movie Review: 5 stars for people's bad reviews
Summary: 5 Stars
This is really a 4 star movie, being GREAT until the ending, but I'm giving it 5 because people are down playing it before they see it, or without appreciating that a remake never captures the power of the original. With me knowing that, I went into this with an open mind, of course with the bad reviews in the back of my head. The American spin on this movie was just perfect as I feel that Shannyn Sossamon and Ed Burns really playing into their roles, convincingly (unlike many other Japanahorror remakes). Without spoiling the ending, the movie lost all steam towards the last few scenes. It was just downright stupid and ruined a lot of the movie for me. Luckily enough, it was late enough in the film where you were already asking when it will be over, so I still appreciate the first 3/4 of it.
Probably doesn't help that I watched the amazing movie, The Orphanage, right before this. I'd rent it at the least, true horror fans will enjoy it.

I did enjoy this film. Its not as good as THE RING ( english version) or even the THE EYE ( Asian version, I have not yet seen the english version); however, the one consistent comment that is annoying when it comes to polarising films like this, is the use of terms like "true Horror Fan". I eventually want to see the original version, and its neat that there's a cute cover model, but Things like the Cover of the english version of ONE MISSED CALL are never given any credit ( minor point). Anyways, wether the call is from the future, or from some source that has a self-fulfulling prophecy in it, it does not matter; If you let your self go on this ride its quite enjoyable, and who knows, you might start checking for that one, missed call.Movie Review: I give It 5 Cuz of People Hatin.

Sure this movie isn"t great. But who cares if it won't be nominated for an Academy Award. I only decided to check this out because of Shannyn Sossamon. Was an OK flick. Buy when the price goes down. Or rent. Just see it to make the haters mad.Movie Review: I think this was great!

I loved this movie. I even rented part two even though which was the Japanese version so had to deal with the lips not matching the voice but I still thought it was good. I would recommend this if you like horror movies.Movie Review: Terrorific

This movie is a very good horror movie that keeps you guessing and screming till the last terrorific moment. Everything about this movie gives you the creeps and the suspence, not uncomperable to "The Ring."
