Movie Reviews of Nip/Tuck - The Complete Second SeasonMovie Review: No flaws. Summary: 5 StarsNip/Tuck - The Complete Second Season is definitely the best of the series so far. Season 2 is sick, twisted, and oh so addictive. Dylan Walsh (Sean) and Julian McMachon (Christian) play plastic surgeons who are also best friends. The real treat when it comes to incredible acting is Joely Richardson who plays Julia the wife of Sean who is a deeply troubled and highly insecure woman who is carrying a secret that could destroy Sean and Christian's friendship to shreds. Some of the surgery scenes are pretty gruesome but the storylines and The Carver saga make this season 100% watchable. I highly recommend it, buy it today!
Movie Review: This shows keeps getting.. Summary: 5 Starsbetter and weirder but it is definitely good entertainment. I am a fan and can't wait to see what happens next. I am hooked!
Movie Review: Still one of the best shows on TV! Summary: 5 StarsSeason 2 of Nip/Tuck was definitely not a disappointment. As we delve further into the world of McNamara-Troy, we learn a little more about what makes the talented surgeons tick. We are allowed complete access to their dysfunctional lives. Sean has learned that his entire life may have been a lie, perpetrated by his best friend/partner Christian and his loving wife, Julia. We see his confused son, Matt (who looks surprisingly just like Michael Jackson) struggling to become a teenager. Christian is still bedding everyone who moves, but we come to understand a little bit more about him. Although he is "beautiful" on the outside, we soon learn that Christian is merely an insecure man who truly only wants to find love, from wherever he can get it. And Sean, no matter what Christian does will always love him like a brother, although he definitely doesn't agree with everything that he does. And while dealing with other bizarre and complicated medical procedures, we find that a nasty serial killer (nicknamed The Carver) is on the scene and wrecking havoc. As we learn a little bit more about the ambitions and insecurities of the characters, we come to not judge them, but appreciate and understand what drives them to do the things that they do.
Movie Review: NIP TUCK CUTS THE FLAB OFF BORING Summary: 5 StarsWithout giving away any spoliers, season 2 gets better and better. We see main characters grow, and new characters emerge.
