Movie Review: One of My Favorites
Summary: 5 Stars
I saw this movie years ago when it aired on Cartoon Network and I immediately put it in my list of favorite Christmas specials. I usually don't like current day specials because they tend to lack the heart and soul from the classics (like the ones Rankin Bass produced for example). However this one (and Disney Channel's The Santa Claus Brothers which I recommend as well) stole my heart. The songs are kind of "blah" to me, but the story makes up for them. I especially loved the character Frenchie, a little bull terrier who is mistreated by his owner and eventually learns the spirit of Christmas for himself.
