Movie Reviews of Night of the CreepsMovie Review: No Spanish subtitles. Really????????? Summary: 5 Stars
When i watched this movie here in Mexico i was 10 and i loved it! After all this DVD/blu-ray format transition. Finally night of the creeps is here in a Digital Format. and is very disappointing that doesn`t have Spanish subtitles. Now im familiar with English language and my kid loves 80's horror movies. 2 Years ago i told him about this movie, and he`s still asking me "when is it comming out"?? i guess i`ll try to re-edit somehow the english subtitles, translate them and create a new DVD copy from it.
Movie Review: Pushing 40 and still loving it! Summary: 5 Stars
Should I be worried that I'm about to turn 40, and I can't get enough of my "Night of the Creeps" DVD? I've been waiting for this film to arrive on DVD for years, and it doesn't disappoint. The movie ages well with time. The director's cut ending, which I first caught on SyFy, is 10 times better than the theatrical version. The interviews, as was the case with director Fred Dekker's "Monster Squad" DVD, are outstanding. Dekker is so open and honest about his films. Fred - get back to making horror movies!
Movie Review: Awesome 80s Movie Summary: 5 Stars
You can't get any better than vintage Tom Atkins. This is a fun little picture to revisit. I'm glad they finally put out a version with the original ending. It's so much better than the theatrical, and the bonus features are good too. Too bad the director went on to make RoboCop 3, which killed his career. Between this and Monster Squad, it's obvious he's got a lot of talent.
Movie Review: "80's Horror!" Summary: 5 Stars
Tom Atkins and Jason Lively star in Fred Dekker's 1986 horror film.
A detective and college students fight against alien slugs turning
people into zombies. I love this film and Tom is great as always.
I'm glad this is finally on dvd that has nice picture and sound
plus cool extras. I highly recommend this 80's horror classic.
Movie Review: Classic Sci Fi Summary: 5 Stars
In the realm of "The Blob" and "Invasion of the Body Snatchers", this science fiction classic is a must for fans of this genre. While it has a humorous approach to horror, it still creeps you out. Now I know why it made Fangoria Magazine's list of the greatest horror films of all time.
