Movie Review: A Powerful Cardio Workout Plus More

I learned about Gilad from the "8 Minute Workout" DVDs which contain part of the "New Best of Bodies in Motion" as bonus workout. I found myself doing the bonus workout over and over. So, I decided to purchase the DVD. What a wise investment! So far, I have used the 70-minute workout 5 times a week and have really noticed the results all over. If you are beginner, you may find it challenging to finish the entire 70 minutes. The Aerobic section is very fast-paced with lots of jogging, jumping, kicking and arms movement. It WILL make you sweat. Gilad is an excellent instructor, highly motivating, and at time humorous. The workouts use various locations in beautiful Hawaii as background. Just looking at the breathtaking scenery makes you want to do your best to improve your life.
