Movie Review: Excellent Collection of Basketball Videos!
Summary: 5 Stars
I remember owning the first Superstars video on VHS. Of all the basketball videos I owned (which was a lot), I watched this one the most. Now you can own all three Superstars videos on one DVD! It doesn't get much better than that. The first Superstars is still the best. It has the best music and awesome highlights. It also has some extra footage not seen in the original VHS, which is really cool. You see footage from dunk contests and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar gets his own video this time around. The second one is still pretty good, but doesn't have the same magic that the first one had. The third one is the weakest. There is more emphasis on the DJs and the artists than the actual players being featured. It is also mostly rap music, which is not my favorite. Still there are some great highlights in this video as well. Shawn Kemp gets the best treatment in this video. All in all, an excellent buy considering the price.
