After the dry characterless desert that was Superman returns I really wasn't in the mood to see another superhero movie. I have to say that I was very pleasently surprised by this movie. Uma Thurman plays G-girl with just enough coiled neorosis for comedy but restrained enough to still be recognizable. Luke Wilson plays his patented laid back guy schtik and Anna Farris from Scary Movie is nicely appropriate as the cool girl at work that eventually becomes the target of Uma's jealousy. Definitly worth the ticket price....now if only I could get my money back for Superman Returns.Movie Review: Love the Movie

This movie was amazing! We saw it in Dubai. I am a big fan of superhors and comic chareters. It was nice seeing the more human side of such chareters for once; almost anyone is a superhero on the screen now; I guess after smallville people rellzied that these folks are human at heart after all.
They fight they get angry and they have vengfull relationships.

After watching this movie, and seeing two more of the looks of Uma Thurman, I am beginning to wonder just how talented she ia. The movie is totally silly and it's something we can all relate to (a crazy girlfriend or boyfriend. I rarely laugh at comedies, but this one did make me laugh. Uma Thurman was great! Cool computer graphic effects.
