This is by far one of the best movies that i have ever seen!!!!!! Jimmy
Smits is my very favorite actor and his role as Jimmy was so powerful!!!
He just takes my breath away. Edward James Olmas was great. Esai Moralas
was amazing. He is a very great actor. He was awesome in "LaBamba"!!!!!
Jennifer Lopez is gorgeous as is Constance Marie.
This movie made you feel like you were a part of the Sanchez family. At
least I felt that way!!!!!! Jimmy Smits made the whole movie though!!!!!!
In the bedroom scene with Jimmy and Isabel sharing their lives when they
were just kids was so beautiful and yet so sad. I cried like a baby!!!!!!
I just hope that everyone will get a chance to see this movie!!!!!!!!
You will NOT BE SORRY THAT YOU Review: My Family - Mi Familia
Summary: 5 Stars If you are Mexican American or Latino for that matter and were born and raised in California, then you can definately relate to this great tale. And for those of you, any race, who are family oriented, or were born to a big family then this movie is for you too. My Family if a wonderful demonstration of how families have unconditional love for one another, stick together, and are proud of each other matter what. It also shows the struggles of immigrant parents coming to our great country to make a better life for their family. This movie has it's comedy, drama, and action beautifully orchestrated, and also a great soundtrack. This movie is a must see by all.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my movie purchase of "Mi Familia". The service was prompt and efficient, in fact every movie I've ordered has been delivered with the same kind of excellence in delivery and follow through. Movie Review: My Family

After seeing some clips on you tube, I became interested in seeing the entire movie. I grew up in LA during the 60's and I related to it very well. Very authentic! I enjoyed this movie, as it put me back into a time in my life I truly appreciated. I grew up in an all Mexican neighborhood. That was 38 years ago, and I still travel across the US and go back to the hood to visit my remaining neighbors. They set on hell of a positive experience on this little Italian kid. Thanks to everyone on 3rd St.Movie Review: "Unforgetable"

Actually this film really deserves 10+ stars! I first saw this movie on pay per view somewhere in the later part of the 90's and you know how there are really only a few titles to great flicks that you can actually remember? Put it this way, 9 years later I still never forgot "My Family" The cast is wonderful & the acting couldn't be better. It reaches into the soul of the heart and is one heck of a film that you'll never forget...
