Movie Review: One of the most quotable comedies around!
Summary: 5 Stars
I have loved this movie ever since I first saw it. It has provided me and my friends with endless quotes that we still use as if the movie had just come out. I understand that it is not 100% legit and believable, but it was not meant to be. It is a comedy and a damn good one at that. Steve Martin is great. You've gotta love the dancing. That is one of my favorite parts. You have GOT to love when Vinni and Barney are shoved together on the dance floor and Vinni grabs a handfull of Barney's butt with authority. I couldn't breath when I first saw that. This movie is just plain fun. If you're looking for a <realistic> story about a mobster in the WPP that is funny, good luck. This is fiction and fiction can be funny. Go rent it!Movie Review: THIS IS FUNNY!!

For the movie critics and other people who criticized Steve Martin for a "spoofy" portrayal of an Italian mobster.......that was the point! (hahaha) Anybody knows, if you want a "real" portrayal, you get De Niro or Pacino. This movie was meant to be cheesy and that's what makes it laugh out loud funny. I watched this movie years ago and it just made me laugh so much. The Mambo dance scenes alone are worth the cost. I do have to agree with a fellow review writer -- the DVD holds no extras, at all. I would have loved to have seen some outtakes. Still, at least I can play my favorite scenes over and over.Movie Review: Hilarious than ever!!

I've seen this movie before years ago but half of the time I'd watch movies in the middle to the end so I never get a chance to watch movies from the start and honestly anyone who loves both Steve Martin & Rick Moranis should definitly get this movie! It IS worth the money guaneeted!! Its such a funny movie with the dancing and other things going on you just wait on your seat never knowing what is gonna happen next or what's Vinnie gonna pull over Barney next believe me when i say its a funny movie that i am happy to own and love watching it whenever i want to get alot of great laughs!!Movie Review: (Wit)ness protection plan

With the emphasis on humor, (what do you expect from Steve Martin and Rick Moranis). This is a movie about how twisted the FBI can get when trying to protect witnesses in a major crime.
When Steve Martin is relocated to a small town he brings his big city crimes with him, from borrowing cars to repricing groceries. The local prosecutor locks horns with Martin Short and tries to have Steve Locked up.
The plot was very well written and the characters, very believable.
If you like Steve Martins type of humor then you will like this movie.
Movie Review: How to make a very funny movie

Hello,Intentional or not, this simple tale of classic proportions is the work of comic genius. Its a non-stop roller coaster of classic Steve Martin, with the very capable straight man role played by the very talented Mr. Moran. The scripts fabulous and the executions a dream.
If you think Steve Martins funny, but you've never seen this one, then get it, for me it's his most funniest.
Frankly, I could talk about this film all day, and then do it again tommorrow, but that would just spoil some of the fun.
