Movie Review: Effective and do-able pilates

I bought the intermediate and advanced version of this DVD, thinking that I'll start with the intermediate and then moving to the advanced version later on. Well, I found not much difference between the two, so I gave the intermediate one to my sister-in-law and kept the advanced version as part of my weekly rotation. Each DVD contains a longer version and a shorter version. Start with the longer version until you are comfortable with all the forms. (Start slowly so that you are doing it right and that you are not straining your neck or your back.) Once you are used to all the forms, you can do the shorter version, which is the Cardio Flow. For someone who has never been to the gym, I found this DVD very do-able. Thanks, Amazon.com!
