Movie Review: No, not as good as Mimic 1, but still a good movie and a suprisingly good sequel...
Summary: 5 Stars
Mimic 2 focuses on new characters, who are encountering new forms of the Judas Breed from Mimic 1. Though the story isn't as fresh and as detailed, it is still very scary. The effects are suprisingly good, as are the acting, and the whole movie. The Judas Breed are actually trying far harder to continue their evolution into mimicking people, making for a very creepy looking creature. It may remind people of the alien-human creature from Alien Ressurection actually.
It may not have any of the original stars, and no, it isn't as good as Mimic 1. But is still a good sequel, definitely worth checking out. It is also a hundreds times better than Mimic 3, which is nothing like 1 and 2, and is way too dark and quite boring, but perhaps worth a rental. 1 and 2 are worth a purchase.
