Movie Reviews of Meet the RobinsonsMovie Review: Best Disney flick in ages Summary: 5 Stars
We really enjoyed this and wish we'd caught it earlier! The characters and smart and dynamic and the plot isn't dumbed down. Adults will enjoy catching the references to movies like "Fargo," "Benny & Joon" and "Pulp Fiction." Our 2 and a 1/2 year old was riveted although the plot was mostly beyond him. He loved all the flying spaceships, robots and dinosaurs nonetheless.
Movie Review: Why not in Disney Digital 3D??? Summary: 5 Stars
We loved this and Chicken Little and saw them both several times in the amazing Disney Digital 3D.
Why don't they release these in Disney Digital 3D?
I'd think that the media (especially HD DVD) could support it, and we still have our 3D glasses.
I'd hate to get this on DVD and (for the 1st time) have to settle on seeing it in 2D:-(
Movie Review: Very inventive, fun, with a very weird family... Summary: 5 Stars
I adore this movie. Not only is it good clean fun (so my sensitive kids can handle it) the storyline is really, really fun -- and funny. And so convoluted that you gotta watch it twice just to make sure you get it all -- and that's something fun to look forward to. Loved it. Just loved it. The frogs singing Sinatra were only one of the high points...
Movie Review: Good story, good message Summary: 5 Stars
Many people these days have 'non-traditional' families and are brought together by the bonds of love, not genes. Speaking as one of these people, the story and message in "Meet the Robinsons" really touched me and this is a movie I would reccomend to anyone out there who knows that the bonds of love are far more imporant than threads of genes.
Movie Review: Superlative. I had no plans on seeing this and was surprised Summary: 5 Stars
My kids begged me to watch it with them on Pay-Per-view and I was unsure. I loved Toy Story and the Incredibles, but my later forays into animated movies left me bored and annoyed (Cars. Barnyard (Farmyard?))
So imagine my surprise when I loved this movie - loved it, loved the soundtrack. I'm adding this to my collection.
