Movie Review: One of the Funniest Movies Ever!
Summary: 5 Stars
Major Payne is hillarious. Both children and adults will be laughing throughout this fun and silly movie.
Damon Williams does a superb job playing a comically overly strict drill instructor who takes over the education of a bunch of misfit ROTC students at a private school.
Upon finding the children to be extremely undisciplined, Payne decides to shave their heads. The next scene depicts the boys feeling their newly shaved heads in disbeif as Williams barks orders at them. The laughs only increase as this funny movie moves on. If you like comedy movies, Major Payne is a must see. The plot is a little on the thin side, but the movie more than makes up for it with humor. My son actually watched the VHS version of this movie so many times that the tape broke. He has every line in the movie memorized, and it is among his favorites. Because of the breakage, I decided to purchase the DVD version for him for Christmas. I'm sure he'll be delighted.

This movie is not for really young children due to some bad words but it is still a pretty good family movie(for older children)

When I first saw this on TV, I nearly split my sides laughing and knew I had to get this film! Damon is the funniest military man I have ever seen! You will most likely be hurting from laughing so hard throughout the entire movie. The most funny parts would have to be when the biker dude confronts Major Payne, the peeing-in-the-pants episode concerning the black kid(I gotta go bad! Hod it!), the watering of the cadet's heads and Major Payne telling the black kid his bedtime story (Blood 'n guts everywhere) The acting is surprisingly good for such a ridiculous movie. Definently the best comedy of 1995 and one of the best comedies ever! Check it out. NOW!!!!Movie Review: Great for JROTC kids!

I love this movie. It's actually my favorite movie considering I relate to it on a personal level. I'm a law enforcement cadet/explorer, so I closely understand the concept of JROTC, as we cadets go through similar experiences. We sometimes go to boot camp together in the same facility, so we would be considered closely related in a sense. Cadet Alex Stone, in the movie, reminds me of my friend Jeff who is also a law enforcement cadet. I see himself in the character of cadet Stone, which makes the movie even closer to me. I bet any cadet would enjoy this movie!Movie Review: Future classic

I first saw Major Payne when in hospital undergoing spinal surgery, and laughed and cried at the same time. Being and ex-military person(with a potentially sick sense of humour), this film has everything to cheer you up when your feeling down, more than enough laughs to raise your endorphin levels (so you feel less pain from surgery), and it is totally suitable for kids to watch. I would recommend this movie to every person who likes to laugh and to all those who think there is nothing funny in this world to smile or laugh about. You go Damon!!!!
