Movie Review: Good entertainment and teaches something too
Summary: 5 Stars
After seeing the poor reviews available, I thought I would add something more helpful -- about the programs themselves. The Madeline programs are sweet, well produced, have clever songs and important messages. My daughters have discovered and love Madeline - I am thankful for something that is good quality to watch, that doesn't have villains, violence and messages that fly over my 2 & 4 yr. olds' heads. (Message re previous reviews: You can choose the episode by pressing "menu"; and the fact that they are not in French does not detract from the quality and impact of the programs.

Join Madeline for this very special Christmas video that's sure to become an evergreen holiday favorite for kids and adults alike!What kind of Christmas gift could a girl like Madeline possibly ask for from Santa? When Madeline and the other girls pine for a snowy Christmas during a winter heat wave, Lord Koo-Kooface takes the girls to a place guaranteed to be snowy--the North Pole. The group arrives at the North Pole on Christmas Eve, just in time to witness all but one of Santa's elves succumbing to a bad case of the flu. Can Madeline and the girls somehow keep Santa on schedule or will Christmas be cancelled? And what about Madeline's Christmas wishes? The story continues in "Madeline and Santa," when Santa eats so many of Madeline's homemade chocolate yule logs that he no longer fits down the chimneys. Can Madeline and Santa brainstorm a solution to deliver the world's Christmas presents on time?
