I ordered this movie because I let someone borrow it and never received it back! This a love story that has it ups and downs just like real life. I like the characters (Larenz Tate, Nina Long, Bill Bellamy..) and they hit on some topics that men and women talk about at times. If you want to see a movie with break ups and make ups along with every day issues then you will enjoy this film. If you like poetry it has quite a few scenes of it as well.

One of the best African-American Romantic movies. Nia Long and Lorenz Tate's chemistry is magical in the movie. Their friends act exactly how you would expect your friends to act in any similar situation when two people meet and have a brief romance and through the trials and tribulations of a relationship, they give up. This one has to be my favorite 'romance' flick - that's the kind of a movie where you can relate to its characters on some sort of a personal level; the s--t Darius pulled getting Nina's address from the check she paid with at the music store and then showing up at her crib, "keeping it cool" when found out she was going to New York to meet her "ex" - well, folks, this is so like me... nah, I'm not telling you more. GO COP IT!!
