Movie Review: Absolutely Fabulous Series
Summary: 5 Stars
The Love Comes Softly series is just amazing. I really love all of them and reccomnmend them to anyone. Its a great family friendly series with lots of love and warmth to go around. The love shown between Marty and Clark is heartwarming. Even though I am not the most religous of persons the message given in this movie only affirms my belief that God is always there and you are never alone. The characters in these films go through many loses but still remain firm in their faith and love for God and one another.Movie Review: Love Comes Softly

The movie was very touching. It showed that one can find love without really looking for it. The movie starts with a tragic accident and then starts to show the budding relationship between a man whose faith in God brought him this far and to this woman whose faith has been trampled and tested and now she needs a new reason to believe. This man and his daughter help to heal the rift in Marty's faith and she shows him the power of a woman's heart. It gives meaning to the title that Love does come SOFTLY.Movie Review: The Beginning of a Woderful Story

This is one of four movies made from the book with the same title. It is a wonderful story set in American history that is uplifting, encouraging and inspirational. There is no profane language, extreme violence or trashy sex scenes. This is a story safe to view with young children and grandchildren. It is well written, well directed and the acting is very good. One will not be sorry they took the time to view this work. Another example of wonderful family entertainment by the Hallmark Company.Movie Review: Good, clean, family entertainment.

Found this series in our church library, they were donated by someone. Couldn't wait to watch each one. Janette Oke is a wonderful writer and hats off to Michael Landon Jr. (Landon Sr. would be so proud of his son) I homeschool and thought these movies were very educational for the period they represent and they allowed my children to see what life was like back then. They thrilled me so much I bought the series for my in-laws for this upcoming Christmas. Hoping there will be more to follow.Movie Review: best family film in a long time

I watched this with my 10,11,and 12 year old children and we all LOVED it. I wish I knew how to find more movies like this. It made you laugh, cry, had a great message about faith and love and it made you feel great at the end. The language or values were clean yet I was thoroughly entertained. I lent it to a friend and she just left a message on my machine with the same thoughts. This is a movie that should be supported so we can get more movies made like this. Thank you Hallmark!!!
