Movie Reviews of Love Comes SoftlyMovie Review: An inspirring, refreshing story Summary: 5 Stars
This is a refreshingly different "love story" which focuses on the character and integrity of the 2 people involved instead of the all too common superficial romance seen in so many movies and novels. Love grows between Clark and Marty while they are working side by side to survive the harsh realities of the prairie, ( not while sitting in restaurants gazing dreamily at each other over champaign glasses.) The fact that each one of them (including the little girl Missie) is working through grief and past disappointments, adds a reality to this story, and gives the viewer more insight into their characters. The movie is well done with excellent casting, beautiful scenery.
Movie Review: The Beginning of a wonderful series. Summary: 5 Stars
This is the first movie in a series of movies that are probably my favorite movies of all time.
I love clean romantic movies. But they are hard to find these days. This series was exactly what I was looking for. The characters a relatable, the plot was good, the scenery was beautiful, and there's a good clean romantic relationship in it. What more can you ask for? There are 5 more movies following this out at the moment. They are Love's Enduring Promise, Love's Long Journey, Love's Abiding Joy, Love's Unending Legacy, and Love's Unfolding Dream. I reccommend all of them. Iv'e met people of all ages who like them. They are definitely worth your time!
Movie Review: A blend of faith, family and love Summary: 5 Stars
This movie is based on Janette Oke's book of the same title. It focuses more on the adjustment of the two people brought together into a family through unfortunate circumstances. It is a wonderful blend of faith, family and love which includes enough humor to keep it from becoming
just a tiresome love story. . Definitely a movie to be enjoyed over and over again. Casting is very well done with Katherine Heigl's performance as Marty A-1; Dale Midkiff's role as Clark, a man of rock solid faith and trust in God , is combined with a sensitivity and warmth and Skye McCole Bartusiak's as the young Missy is one that makes you laugh and cry.
Movie Review: If I Could Give It More Stars ... I WOULD! Summary: 5 Stars
WOW! I wanted to rent a movie so I ended up gettng this. AMAZING storyline! ALL 3 of the movies really had a good messages in it! The dad really had such a caring heart threw out all 3 of the movies. I love seeing how they grew as husband and wife and how much they cared about each other. I won't give anything away because it's a 'have to see movie'. Of course its geared towards 'chick flick' watchers, BUT guys maybe these movies will soften your hearts and show you that its okay to be caring& more loving because we LOVE IT. NOW STOP READING REVIEWS AND GO RENT or BUY the movie(s)..[trust me BUY, because you'll definitely love them ;)].

Through the hardships she endures during the harsh winter months, the begins to see her husband, Clark in a new light. This Hallmark film, directed by Michael Landon, Jr. harkens back to life on the prairie and evokes the positive family values that his father was famous for promoting.
