Movie Review: Amazing!
Summary: 5 Stars
I first saw this movie about a month ago on tv. As soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it. I cried when Simon was killed, and was shocked when Piggy was. The best part about this movie though, is Balthazar Getty who played Ralph. He's gorgeous, talented, and just truly amazing. I was in awe of him the whole time. I bought this movie on DVD a few days after I saw it. I've watched it countless times, and have made all my friends who came over watch it. lol I'm just like that I guess. I recommend this to anyone. And I don't get why a lot of people hated this movie. It was brilliant! And about the swearing, everybody does it ya know! My brother started swearing when he was 8. In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with some swearing. I have read some of the book, and although it doesn't seem much like the movie, so what? Why should we go comparing books to movies when we know their never going to be exactly the same?Movie Review: Brilliant

This is one of the best stories about primary school boys. It is a must see. Just show you how kids can be if they are left alone in the wild. Airplane crash ended their lives in a Second, all the boys came out the aircrash alive. After one boys took command. There were others that thought why do we have to obey his commands, they then divide them in two groups. Then the survival began, war was declared between the two groups, and they need to hunt for food. The island was devided into two areas. As the story goes along poeple started to die of stupid mistakes. This is really good please check it out, you will sit on the edge of your chair if the war starts. The worst death is the death of a boy called " Piggy " he was a chubby boy that is why his name is " Piggy ".

This was the best movie i have EVER seen! the first time i watched it i fell in love with the plot and the characters!(Balthazar Getty is really hott!!) i believe this movie is a extrodinary film about a group of young boys becoming stranded on an island. this movie is heart-warming and action packed.
it makes us ask questions such as "What if i became stranded on a deserted island? What would i do? How would i survive?"
I'm the only one out of like everybody in my school who has seen
or heard of this wonderful movie. My advice to everyone who reads
this review is to read the book or buy the movie! Those of you who dont are missing the time of your life!! All i can say is i wish i was on that island with them to experience the adventure of a life-time!!!!
Movie Review: Har Har har

There's this great moment in this movie- the boys are sitting around a campfire at night, and one mentions they are probably missing ALF right now. The kinda sigh, and then it's back into becoming savages and terrorizing each other. Thing is thanks to the ALF reference we know these little spuds are mall rats and as such naked savagery is a step in the right direction. This movie is about liberation, it's just a pity they get rescued before they start throwing poo at each other. Otherwise a feel good classic of the nighties... I mean 90s.Movie Review: Chilling and brutal, if a little unfaithful....

...is how I would describe Harrry Hook's interpretation of William Golding's classic. This film has much more emotion than given in the book if it is a little more bloody thirsty and vicious. I watched this, and I could not believe how much they had changed it, but I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this to anyone, but it is not to confused with the book in anyway. Young Getty is amazing as Ralph, with truly heatfelt performance especially when Piggy is killed. Do not read this, go and watch it yourself!
