This is a killer DVD even tho most of it already available. The naration/no-naration option is very welcome. The naration is short and un-abtrusive. If you have 1 CLASH dvd this - should be it. If you have 1 music dvd - this should be it. If you 1 dvd - this should be it.Movie Review: Stunning!

I just watched portions of this DVD on KQED Public Television here in San Francisco during their pledge drive. The performances are raw, and powerful, and fun. Some (much?) of the footage has never been seen before and I can't wait to get this for myself and friends.Movie Review: Not the Topper but still worth it.

If you're a Clash fan trying to teach your children about what you listened to when you were their age, then this is the second vid to start with. Start out with "Westway to the World".
After watching this with my daughter she now has some Clash on her ipod. We went for a drive the other day and she asked to listen to "I fought the Law". It made me want to cry.
Buy it for the moments that count.

Alot of the footage on this DVD I already have on the Essential Clash DVD, Westway to the World or Rude Boy, but the previously unreleased footage and some of the other stuff that I hadn't seen before made this DVD totally worth it. But still, if you're new to the Clash, get Westway to the World first. Its the best.
Now they just need to release the Clash's performance on Saturday Night Live somewhere.

This is a great documentary that covers the history of the band, through their "electric" live performances. It includes 22 entergetic live performances (some only partial), and 8 previouly unreleased tracks (as bonus) and also bonus interviews of the band members. This is a great dvd. Its fun to watch these guys perform so entergetically. This is a good dvd to have. Thanks.
