super entertaining movie about a pair of wisecracking detectives who are in competition with everyone else in hollywood to "make it". well acted and an engaging subplot with love interest sarah wynter. director dean alioto who also plays harold in the movie has new movie out called shadowheart... check it out - he plays spider, a smokin' hot assassin opposite the brilliant angus macfadyen in one of his best roles ever
