Movie Review: A Childhood Favorite

Krull is a classic fantasy film. I remember as a kid driving my big brother crazy with this movie. I must have watched it about a hundred times. I watched it so many times,my brother even tried to throw it in the garbage once! This film has everything a good fantasy needs,a beautiful princess with long flowing hair,a dashing hero,plus a heroic and triumphant soundtrack. Yes its a love conquers all,battle of good versus evil film. But whats may I ask,Is wrong with that?Movie Review: Buy it on DVD

There's nothing more to say than what has already been said by other reviewers. I just bought this title on DVD after watching it several times as a child. I just had to see what the big fuss was about, so I went out and bought the DVD version, and I was blown away by the picture quality. I have a HDTV (Digital TV), and it looks absolutely awasome !!!. The special effects and scenary is even better now than what I had remembered watching on Broadcast TV or VHS.Movie Review: Incredibly Pleasing cheese!

Krull is one of those movies that you just can't help but like. Its over the top acting and ridiculus costuming just leads viewers to smile. For anyone who loves the cheesy fantasy flicks of the 80's and early 90's Krull is a must have. Viewers will be treated to a corn ball quest to save a princess from a dark lord, a giant evil spider, and a final battle with an oversized ninja star. Krull deffinately is a must have for any lover of this genre!Movie Review: Excellent, for those who can get their hands on the proper version!

As long as you receive the right DVD, it's certainly worth the money, and then some. The version with Digital Copy is sorely lacking in special features and anyone who has received that version should seek to get a refund and try buying through the other sellers. I finally managed to get a copy of the Special Edition through one of the other sellers and it's actually worth all the effort I had to put into getting it.Movie Review: Fun!

Don't take this film too seriously, just have fun with it. The best films sweep you away to a far off world and take you on a wild adventure, and Krull does just that! Granted, Krull, by today's FX standards, is dated, but remians a cult hit for its 80's style of fantasy film making.
Sit back and have fun with it. And enjoy the awesome musical score!
